Tried the Hopsmith and it has very nice color and flavor!! We had the Ruben and the meat was prepared phenomoly, all burgers freshly made.The meat comes a local meat shop in Dickey.You must stop by if you are in the area. Beer, food and service next to none.Thank you now I have to drive 250 miles to get this beer😒

5 stars for the food but the restaurant is poorly managed. We were told on several visits there that we had to wait 30min while their were several tables open and the explanation was that the kitchen was on hold. You would think they would want us in the empty seats ordering drinks and spending money instead of sitting in the entry way. Once we were up, we opted to sit outside but we soon regretted it. The server did a good job and the food was fast but their were bees everywhere. I got stung once and since we had our 4 month old with us we asked to go inside but we were told we would have to go back out and go to the back of the line. So instead of spending more money we took our appetizers to go and left.

This was our second try at Potosi Brewing and we really wanted to like it. The beer was great, the food was okay, and the service was terrible. The hostess had a rough job overall but she was telling people there was an hour wait when there were open tables inside the brew house and on the patio (at least 10 tables as we were leaving and a line of people waiting). Our server was genuinely not interested in helping us and overall had a bad attitude. Stop by for a beer (or you can buy the beer at any grocery store in the area) but don't bother with the restaurant.

Great history of Potosi beer (production). Small tour, doesn't take more than an hour, maybe longer depending on how much time you spend tasting. Kid friendly, they make awesome root beer!!!! Would have liked to try the restaurant but it was pretty busy and we were short on time We will definitely stop again anytime we are in the area. Sadly the wife couldn't tour the winery across the street...oops.

Great, historic brewery with good food. It has a true beer cave where they stored beer prior to refrigeration.
