2 separate problems I encountered with my mowers recently were resolved very quickly in the service department... I'm optimistic that this trend will continue. Like a fine wine, these guys might leave you with a bitter taste in your mouth at first, but the flavor gets much better over time.

If you are buying anything for your yard from a Lawn Mower to a Chainsaw Look no further. They have experience and our the best in Dane County. Are they busy sometimes, YES, thats because they love what they do and seem to always be busy, thats what good buiness is, don't forget that. So be patient and they will take care of you, along with give you great advice. Thanks Power!

I have been working with PPC for over 9 years. As a contractor we depend on quality equipment and service. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products, and are always willing to help you troubleshoot if you have a jobsite breakdown. I give them an A+ in every category.

This is the worst experience of my life working with these people from Middleton power. I bought a Gravely mower 60 inch and it was under warranty I got it home and he had no power it backed fired all the time I reported It to the dealer I took it in seven times they could not fix it I just asked them to replace the mower and I would be happy they refuse! The Owner said finally replace the engine in it but it was still doing the same thing I’ve called several times he refused to return my calls. Now I find out there is no warranty on the motor he replaced! I have going to report them to the Better Business Bureau! Do not do business with these people they’re terrible they lie they will steal from you your hard-earned money!

I bought some great Stihl products from prairie power center here a couple years ago. I just came back to get some service and new Stihl equipment. Derek and Alex stayed after hours by a half hour to help me get everything done. They were able to get me the new equipment and fix my old equipment right away and had the extra parts I needed in stock. Thanks for the speedy service!
