My Android phone was giving me a message that storage space was nearly full and some functions may not work. I was in a hurry and had to leave. I left my phone there and when I came back, the young woman had copied my photos for me. Thanks to her for being efficient and friendly. I was worried I would lose my photos.

These folks did a great job on my husband's computer when it broke down right in the middle of his working on two days worth of videos he'd just taken of Barn Hunt dog trials. It turned out his hard drive had crashed but they were able to save all his videos and most of his other stuff as well. It took them a number of days to get everything recovered as well as the new hard drive delivered and in. However they did a great job keeping us appraised of what was happening and how things were progressing on a regular basis. This was rather unexpected and extremely helpful, as it also allowed my husband to keep his clients appraised of his computer's status as well. Something which they also appreciated. Highly recommend their services to others.

Overpriced, not very punctual and not the most knowledgeable. Way to respond to a negative review bud. The urge to discredit and humiliate those that express their experience in the store is not the way to take criticism. Humble.

Chris, to be fair it should’ve been a 3 star not 2 so i put 4 on this one.Here is my say: By “overpriced” I meant that you were about $40 more then other shops near me. I just happened to be in your area and desperately needed my phone to conduct business. Not caring what it cost to do so. “lack of punctuality” - you said to be back in two hours which i did. Leaving a job 20miles away to do so. When i got there, you took the phone from the desk and proceeded to work on it while i waited for 30-40 more minutes.Phone was flashing on and off and i said its normal for the POS apple phone i had. But it did turn on with a black line through the screen and half screen not touch operable. I panicked because i needed to answer many texts and calls i accumulated. So i called and was told you was out and that youd call when in office again. Not heard from you since.I ended up going to the shop near me and paying another 100$ to get another screen put on. After i spent 144$ couple hours prior.Also i was told by that shop that the button mechanism is not available unless you purchase one from apple and costs, well easier to by a new phone. if that is incorrect then i apologize for offending you and questioning your knowledge in that department.Best of luck. And thanks for trying to help me for what its worth.
