Joey and Dan at this Radio Shack are just amazingly helpful and awesome to work with. I had a complicated cell phone issue and they just worked with me patiently and restored everything to perfection. They go so far above and beyond to help people, I can't recommend this Radio Shack more highly. I will not go anywhere else for my electronic needs. An amazing experience, I will be back!

I wouldn't even rate them a 1 they wanted to charge to look at my TV which is reasonable but then the technician changed his mind because he was afraid there might be mold which can't even grow in electronics I would not ever recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I was the only Customer in the store.There were 2 employees on duty.I needed info on products to use to connect a portable CD player into my 2017 Honda CR-V infotainment system.These guys were NO help. It was all I could do to get answers to questions I had.They made me feel like I was a bother.Customer Service - #notatradioshack

Bought a car charger cord for my cell phone from them. It charged my phone 3% in 45 minutes so I took it back. The clerk with the tattoos argued that car chargers were slower than home chargers. I agreed however, if my phone were dead, it would take 25 hours to recharge it. Tired of arguing, I asked for my money back but I was turned down because I had used the cord. Fortunately, I had the receipt and at the bottom of it read, I had 30 days to return it if I wasn't satisfied. After reading that to him and since I still had 29 days and 23 hours left in the return policy, he refund my money.

Whath's in a name? RS should update their inventory & remove TH. Theyre a typical non-repair shop who does minimal work & charges top dollar! Hey, but isn't that typical local, "HELLNO", in a word! Typical local is providing good work & maximizing your 'spread' w/Repeat business based on Trust! Ask the pizzaria next door! Foxing each customer will leave u broke-n-Broad! The front counter guys are fed up covering for the translucent techs who sometimes follow a schedule. When it's slow, they go and please, stop talking to senior citizens as if they're under-teen mental escapees! If u 'educate' your customers, they will respect & return! One front counter person spouts off before he can think just to give an assertive answer. Must've been a used car/time-share guy prior. "All functions tested and Passed" on the receipt is NOT honored! TH Formula: Free diagnosis, Upcharge for old parts, blame your equipment ONLY IF, u discover what they 'knew' they couldn't fix.Tech Hospital is Cancerous...
