Ranksharks is an awesome marketing company. I have an etsy store (ecommerce) online and have struggled in the past with finding a reliable company to handle my seo and social media. This company not only got me to the first page of google for what i'm selling, but they also educated me along the way. I am happy to say we are still working together and appreciate all the progress they have made for me! :)

Horrible service ... what they are doing is just BLACK SEO. Ranksharks still charged our credit card the 2 FOLLOWING MONTHS for the service that we didn't get. Beware !!!!

This the kind of company that just talk and talk and they seem to know what they talk about but they DO NOT DELIVER RESULTS which is the most important goal when you hire a company to optimize your web site... do not wait time and money with Ransharks .... I waist over 9 months with a montly payment. awfall experience.

Considering I can't give a no-star review, I'll settle for a one-star. I just spoke with an incredibly rude person from this company who gave me a false name (your staff are listed on your website) and began the call with "Hey babe." I don't know a single professional company who would EVER begin a phone call or sales pitch with that. The person then proceeded to persuade me to let him speak with my boss without providing information as to the topics. When asked what he wanted to discuss with my director, he laughed and replied with, "Well, a few things, just put me through." When I explained I needed some details, he proceeded to get extremely aggressive with me and berate me for what he claimed were our shortcomings for our online platforms, backed by third-party analytics. Good effort kid, but your information was incorrect. Also, being aggressive might work in certain business fields, but it doesn't work everywhere. Try learning some customer service instead of customer bullying, you might get further. For now, you'll never have this customer.

Received a call from a very rude salesperson who insinuated that I was not "doing my job," because we choose not to post fifty things on Facebook every week. Without knowing a single thing about who we are or how we choose to run our business, he let us know that our Web site "needed help," because we aren't posting monthly content. As the marketing director for our organization, I have been designated the ultimate authority on what kind, how much, how often, and when we post (or don't post) campaigns on social media. I work closely with the owner of the business to get this done. This sales guy insisted over and over on "talking to the business owner, since you're just the marketing person, it's not your decision." Hey, RankShark. Let me give YOU a hint on dealing with businesses... If you want to talk to the owner, be nicer to the gatekeepers. When I let the owner know the type of conversation I had with your sales guy, she let me know we will NEVER do business with your company. Have a good one!
