Feedback:

Just a tad frustrated. I ordered a new computer through this company on June 20, 2019. It was supposedly to arrive in 5-7 days. It arrived on July 3. On July 4 I took my old computer in to have files transferred onto the new computer, and this was to be completed on Friday July 5, and someone was to notify me when to pick it up. So here it is 5:30 p.m. Friday July 5 and nobody called to advise whether or not the computer is ready to pick up, or what the status is on it. So, will have to wait until Monday July 8 at least to pick up the new computer. Having worked with computers for 30 years I could have gone and picked one up somewhere else and had it up and operating in a matter of a day or so, not two weeks and three days. I like to support local business, but this is ridiculous, and a lesson learned!..................................Further...I updated my review as the manager called me after hours indicating that the computer was ready but they were unable to contact me by email or phone during working hours July 5 to let me know to come and pick it up. I was able to pick up my new computer at their office after hours (around 8 p.m.) and get it home and running for the weekend! That was excellent response and service! Thank you Reality Bytes.

Feedback:

Positives: -My internet works.-Was a fairly quick install.Negatives: -Didn't receive a phone call to pinpoint the time of install, only got one when he was parked in front of my house.-Asked for an extension cord with 2 outlets...disappointing considering you do this for a living.-Used a 3/4" or 1" wide bit for an RG6 cable to enter the house in finished wood when he could of gone with the other 2 lines already in the vinyl!-Didn't clean up the mess made from drilling through the wall-Didn't seal the entry point well with silicone, the entire bottom was exposed.-Path of the cable was run OVER my eavestrough! not nice and neat tight to the corners of the roof side etc.-CUT OFF THE GROUND CABLE on the wire instead of running it an extra 8 inches to the ground on the device.-Over torqued the leg screws to the point of shredding the waterproof washer.-Drilled the leg screws in at different angles so they wouldn't seal to the bracket.-The worst part...after filing a complaint with the provider the installers came back when i wasn't home and only grounded the device...nothing else...If i could post pictures on here they would speak for themselves! As a tradesman and a handyman that takes great pride in work i'm embarrassed to have this on my house, its sloppy in EVERY sense. The ONLY thing that was done satisfactory was running some slack loops inside the home in case of a future placement. Now after paying an install fee for a "professional" to do this i have to go and fix his work so that the integrity of my roof and wall are no longer compromised...
