I placed an advertisement for a graphic logo design on oneflare and had an almost immediate response from Ollie of Red Cup Media. He impressed me with his enthusiasm and prompt communication to ensure the needs of my business were met. Within two days I Ollie had completed the logo, I had reviewed it and received the final product. Having been my first time doing anything like this, Ollie’s professional and friendly approach made the whole process incredibly easy (and was very reasonably priced). I would highly recommend Ollie and Red Cup Media again and if I have any more graphic design needs in the future for my business they will be my first point of call.

After trying to design a new business logo by myself and failing epically, I reached out to the guys at Red Cup Media with my rough mock up and some examples. They were able to come back to me a week later with 3 concepts which were all very good and only a few slight changes needed and all completed a day after my feedback. Recived a social media pack and business cards thrown in for free which was a nice touch.

Really great service from Red Cup Media, particularly Ollie. Worked closely with us to deliver what we needed, graciously made any changes we requested on a VERY tight time frame and understood the crucial nature of the project. Even sourced a printer for us that would work to the same tight time frame to ensure our project was delivered on time. Good communication, professional, personable service and good end result. Only giving them one star because I have to give them something. We commissioned these guys to produce a logo for use as email signatures and letterhead for our new company. Communication was terrible for starters, finally got some logos sent via Dropbox (although we've not actually been able to use them). Email signatures looked terrible. We were told they would be the correct size but they were far too big. There was quite often long breaks between communication and always an excuse....Ollie was overseas, Ollie was somewhere else, anywhere but at work.They complained that we had told them we were using a different version of Outlook than we actually were. I went through all emails to ascertain when we were ever asked what version we were using. Couldn't find anything from them or us.When my emails got a little terse, given that we still had nothing after several months, they just stopped responding at all. No correspondence from them at all. They got paid and delivered nothing.I would not recommend using Red Cup Media at all.

WOW how awesome is Red Cup Media. My website useability and responce speed was improved, the layout was repaired and all done on budget and on time. Ollie was patient and explained what was required in easy to understand language. Nothing was a problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
