No increment / No Appraisal as per your performance.When you leave the company they converted the terms Annual Appraisal -------> BONUS because you negotiated your annual appraisal amount that was offered by the company. Not clearing the balance dues after you leave the company and make excuses.They don’t know the difference regarding “Annual Appraisal is based upon your past year performance not coming year”. No salaries for current and relieving employees. All good reviews you are seeing are by the current employees written in front of HR. Not a single one is written by their own.HR department is not helpful to employees and is of no use. Plz change HR or remove HR post to the company.Has Some management problem, just try to improve the management.Pay balance dues to the present & ex-employees.
