First off, I will say they had the best price around to get my chrome trim on my car wrapped in vinyl. That's about where my positives end and you get what you pay for I guess. I got this done on 3/9/17 and it is 5/5/18 when I finally decided to remove it due to it coming loose in a couple spots and overall just not liking the job that was done. Several sections were cut poorly leaving the chrome underneath it visible or loose edges. I had someone back into me, and in doing so, damaged the front bumper along with the chrome that was wrapped, so that section was redone since the start. They did a better job on this section the second time around... or so I thought.Today, I decided to remove the vinyl. For the most part, it all came off easily enough with the use of a heat gun. I started with the side window trim, and where you can see it was cut short, and you could see chrome from behind it, you can see that they also put cuts into the chrome trim itself with the razor they used to cut the trim. I finally got to the front bumper last, and started working on it. This was more difficult to remove the vinyl, but not terrible. But once the vinyl was removed, you could see they used the 3M vinyl primer over everything, as I then had to remove the piece entirely from my car and work at it for over an hour to get all the adhesive residue that was left from the primer. I finally have it all done, and I dislike the chrome look on my car, and might redo this at some point, I honestly believe that I could do a better job having never wrapped anything before compared to what I paid to have done by professionals. If you want this done, and care about your car, I would recommend spending more money, traveling a little further, and get it done by someone else. And if anyone has any questions regarding whether or not I contacted them about this, I did. After taking more closer inspection of this once it warmed up a little more outside, I saw the issues, and that is when these pictures were taken. I emailed Brian Zaker, who I was in contact with regarding this before I got the work done, on April 8th, 2017, and asked what happened as I can see chrome under some edges. The only response I got back was: "Hello Dave,It is normal for a very small amount of shrinking.How much has the vinyl shrunk?I didn’t heat or stretch the vinyl to apply it.Have a great day,"And to this, I sent the pictures so he could see, and never heard another word from him after that. So, my recommendations, think twice about going here for this kind of work to be done to a car that you really care about.

I had a very positive experience with this company. VERY HONEST to deal with, no pressure and on time. The sign was cheaper to repair than their estimate and again very honest to work with.
