We did our online research before we decided to list our Big Bear Cabin, wanted to find the best realtor. We did find that in The Bob Angilella Team. Cabin was sold within 2 weeks for asking price, then super smooth experience after that. Everything takes place online, Bob and team were always available, couldn't be more pleased. Definitely our go-to realtor should we decide to purchase in Big Bear again.

The sale of our cabin couldn't have gone smoother, which I am sure this was due to the hard work of Bob and his Team. From my first call with Bob, I knew he was the one to sale our cabin. His knowledge and experience of the Big Bear market was impressive. Not only was he great to work with, but his team was on top of every step of the sale. I can't say enough about their great communication, professionalism, and on top of every step of the process. Like other reviewers stated; Bob and his team were always quick to answers questions we had. They are absolutely top-notch!

Great work from Bob Angilella and his team. We're so glad that we selected them to sell our home in Big Bear Lake. They were able to stage the house nicely using our own furniture, the professional pictures they took really made the house stand out (they were so good that I almost considered not selling), they had a handful of showings within the first week and we got an offer within a few days. Bob and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They all worked together to get the job done and the whole process took less than 45 days (from listing to recording the sale).
