I just spoke to "Joshua" an hour ago at 4:17 PM EST, July 2, 2018 and when I asked about the part #'s for a certain product he hung up on me. VERY RUDE, I hope Remington goes bankrupt, ever since Freedom Group bought them out in 2007 Remington quality and customer service went downhill.

Remington Arms Company's 870 Express 20 gauge shotgun was the perfect shotgun for our teen son to start with during waterfowl season. Yes, we have goose for Christmas just about every year, and this past year was no exception! Excellent shotgun.

Remington should suspend all sales to Connecticut. Including Law Enforcement and Military application, if people can file suit against the company over sandy hookI guess we can now file lawsuit against LG, Samsung for cell phone related wrecks and file suit against Coors, Bush and Captain Morgan for drunk driver's actions.Remington Arms is an AMERICAN company that we as Americans should be proud of. It is American heritage right here from this company that paved the way to the Western and Coastal parts of the United States. NEVER FORGET IT. When there was dangerous game in the 1800s it was Remington.

Terrible customer service and the R51 9mm is terrible. Out of the box it didn’t work. I sent it in for repair and it still didn’t work when it was shipped back to me. However, the customer service representatives who spoke with me were rude. They implied that it was me that didn’t know how to use the firearms when my smith and Wesson and AR15 work just fine. I’ve operated a good amount of firearms. The whole time this company’s representatives didn’t take responsibility and they were rude. They had very smart mouths on them and I can promise that I’ll never purchase another item from this company anywhere. I highly recommend people who are new to firearms to start with any other company first before coming to this one. They’re terrible and they don’t deserve the right to manufacture weapons. Very unreliable and I don’t recommend anyone get a concealed weapon from them, all they do is jam and nose dive in the mag.

Worst CS ever. Had issues with winchester Ammo and they took care of it within 3 days. Remington after telling me 3-5 days says at least 15 days before anyone responds back. Garbage. These bullets are from a brand new box I just opened.
