Feedback:

I would never order from this place again. The customer service is horrible. When I called to ask questions the lady over the phone said the website is self explanatory. Is it so hard for them to answer certain questions I have? I didn’t receive any shipping information until I kept emailing asking for it. I paid 39.99 for shipping that was only 8 dollars and they come from Ft Lauderdale not Texas. They left did not require signature for my turtle they had him delivered postal mail and he was left in our mailbox at work in the heat. He was shipped in a box with a wet paper towel on top of him for two days. This is cruelty Dont order from this place.

Would've been 5 stars but they kinda lacked on communication but ended up having me contact them by phone the day I thought my purchases were supposed to be shipped and ended up getting them to me the next day all 3 animals came alive and healthy couldn't be happier with my purchase they're good people in my book.😁

Ordered a Russian tortoise for the family. Love absolutely love it already. So sweet and made best friends with my weird cat. Eating fine shell intact no soft spots or issues. Happy kids happy family. Plan to order our iguanas next thank you guys

This company is absolutely amazing. Super fast delivery and all of my reptiles came and healthy condition. The text alerts and emails were absolutely fabulous. The company really went out of their way to make sure that I as a customer was satisfied. I would recommend anyone to use this company to purchase healthy reptiles from ReptileCity.

I purchased 4 scorpions and was charged 249.91 and I never received my order. Felton responded in the first text message I sent him but stopped responding after. The company charged my card and never sent me my package. From my opinion and experience the website is not completely genuine and you risk losing money.

Ordered reptiles for my classroom back in July. Received my animals and two were doa and two snakes were missing altogether. No tracking number. No call notifying me of the snakes not being packaged. Just a poorly run company. Never will make the mistake of doing business with this company again! Just awful.

I find them to be the worst when it comes to taking your money and getting your animal shipped.. I ordered redfoot a month ago 2n half weeks passed and i gotten nothing asked for refund not even getting that back at a decent time

Ordered an iguana on June 12th and didn't receive the animal until August 22nd when I was guaranteed 30 day shipping. Iguana arrived covered in shedding skin and with bad temperament that alludes to signs of abuse and neglect, including graying skin; which is a serious issue. Very bad customer service, even argued with me over the phone with a very aggressive tone when I called and inquired as why shipping had taken so long.No attempt was made to rectify this after repeated calls. Animal wasn't shipped until I threatened to alert the authorities as they had already accepted payment.I hate to do this, but I would never want them to treat another customer the way they treated me. And I feel really bad for this animal. It was obviously mistreated before it came to me. But I will be keeping it to show it a better life. Order at your own risk.

I found the staff at reptile City very unprofessional. After one delay and run around after another two months later I get a shipment of two sick animals that died the same day. When I emailed and called the stuff I was giving yet another run around. I should be refunded my money.

Still haven’t gotten my animals that I order about a month ago which I also paid for the standard shipping. Company is horrible & when I called they told me to wait the next week and I still haven’t gotten anything
