What was the best part of the experience?

When working with her, you will see that whether you're a large business or a small business, she does her best to ensure that you are satisfied and is available to assist at all times of the day. In addition to the customer service, Rhino Reviews has got to be the most affordable and thorough review agency I have come across. If you're a potential customer, you won't regret using Rhino Reviews.

Absolutely nothing. Chelsea goes above and beyond to add in whatever I need to make my business review procurement as smooth as possible. So it only ever gets better.

Business success is in part due to how it is managed. Rhino Reviews is managed by a very wonderful young lady who has been absolutely great in helping increase reviews for my business. Chelsea is very hands on and has always been available to talk (even on the moments when I accidentally dialed her). One the great things about this business is that Chelsea takes note of every need pertaining to the review process in order to create a better user experience for both her client business as well as the end customers. I know of this firsthand because my customers typically leave review requests when asked via text messaging. Chelsea had this implemented into her review process in just a couple months.
