I'm afraid I had a very hard time with this company. They start off very positive and you get a sense that you're working with high level professionals, but unfortunately quickly becomes quite apparent the quality of work is very poor. Currently in the process of taking them to small claims court to try and recoup some of the money wasted with this organisation. Taking anyone to small claims is a very big decision. But after giving them the opportunity to try and resolve the issues I have had including trying to communicate with Paul rice directly, who ignored all communications, I had no choice.
