I met with the great folks at Rock City Digital in late 2016. Not only were they able to build me a sweet website, they were able to do it in a really cost effective manner. No more paying thousands of dollars up front and not being happy with the result. Since then I've added in their social media and Google Ads management, and my business has really taken off. Prior to using Rock City Digital, we used a different social media company. I felt like our content was awful and I was still doing the majority of the work. Since switching to Rock City, our social media presence has exploded! I love that they take the time to regularly come into our office and get real life photos and video, I feel like that makes a huge difference. Sarah also researched our business in depth, so our Facebook posts are fun, applicable, AND educational, which we love! They also took over our website and we get compliments all the time! If you're not using them, you are missing the boat!

We met with Kelli just to see if they could be a good fit. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to see someone who is passionate about their work, but also passionate about sharing her knowledge just to help. There was absolutely no pressure to 'SIGN UP TODAY!' And as a matter of fact she even said she would give us all of the knowledge we need to do everything on our own. Where they come in is when we have gotten so busy that we don't have the time to do it on our own. They really seem to just want to do good by us. What a refreshing company! I am not sure if now is the right time for us or not, but we are certainly going to keep in touch and start moving down the path. Thank you for your goodness Rock City Digital!

Rock City Digital is great in SO many ways! Their staff is prompt, efficient, and wildly talented. They have worked on several projects for me and I have always been very pleased. When they're not working with their amazing clients, they also take the time to host free classes in the community that help folks with things such as social media, SEO, and content creation. RCD is one of a kind!

I went to a presentation on SEO and optimizing your presence on Google. Amanda Hamilton, their so called "chief search geek" was awesome. Her presentation was concise. She did not try and sell what they can do for you, but rather gave valuable information on actionable things we can do for our site and google listing if we did not already have one. She answered questions from the group, there was a small army of people from Rock City Digital representation and they were all friendly and open to questions. I highly recommend attending some of their free seminars and seeing their expertise first hand. I was impressed!

The entire staff, from owners to social media geeks to help desk geeks, are wonderful to work with. Josh is our social media geek and I don't know of anyone who could do a better job with our social media. We get multiple compliments on the job well done he is doing for our company's social media presence. Amanda, the Chief Search Geek, has been so helpful getting to our messages quickly and yielding results. They also designed our website - shout-out to Daniel for his excellent work. I could go on and on about each and every person I have come into contact with at RCD. I'm thankful we're partners!

If your business needs internet marking support and/or social media content generation, these are your guys and gals. They are able to work with very unique business situations, for example if you work with colleagues under the same roof, yet compete for the same market. We have worked with other agencies in the past, who of course promised miracles, but we felt like they did nothing but charge our card every month. RCD will send out one of their amazing team members to you and your place of business, to generate the most amazing content and video that believe me, you will not be able to do on your own, THEN effectively produce that content on social media platforms with ad strategy, and that's just the social media support. I haven't mentioned yet their amazing website design, creation, and support, blog support, as well as very advanced internet marketing strategy and SEO/optimization. They will never dodge a phone call or an email. They are SUPER responsive even on FB messenger and text! I am very impressed with their commitment to understanding the changing ways and tactics of google and Facebook. To be frank, if you worked with another digital marketing agency...you're flushing money down the toilet.
