We called for advise on an old boat everyone was super helpful and tried to resolve the issue for us over the phone. We determined it was best to upgrade. We went in store, everyone we talked to was awesome, knowledgeable and not pushy to make a sale. We were able to close the deal with them. Totally amazing experience! What's even better?!? They take u out with your new boat and show you the ropes. Thanks -Tom, Nick and Jennifer!! You all rock!

Over priced parts better off ordering on line

We made an appointment three weeks ago with Rocky Mountain Boat Company to simply look at our boat.... not repair our boat and looking forward to meeting them. They called on Wed to cancel the appt for that Friday, saying they were too busy, which was disappointing. Since there are limited bodies of water in Colorado, we had one of our smaller wakeboard boats shipped to Colorado and looking for a place for future maintenance, repairs, storage and winterization etc; when we stay in Colorado. We were told by Rocky Mountain that they are not familiar with the Calabria PRO V, (2014). It's just a simple wakeboard boat with the typical V-Drive, Black Scorpion Mercruiser Engine that many boats have.... it's nothing special. It never occurred to us that Colorado lacks experienced boat technicians, while limiting their scope to what they sell and service. We had our driver take it to Denver and the boat company there earned our business, along with our company’s business simply because they kept their commitment. They were very pleased to secure our marine account and we have a lot of boaters on our payroll in Colorado so we will keep them busy.

Bought my first boat about 2 months ago. Being new to boats my wife and I had a lot of questions. I dealt with Neal who was fantastic! He was very patient and knowledgeable (unlike when i go to Home Depot and they read me info off a box to answer my question). The day we picked up our new boat, they actually took us down to the reservoir to launch it and show us how everything works on the open water. Since then I've still had more questions and they have been great. I would highly recommend them if you want to go to a family owned business that knows their stuff and doesn't make you feel pressured to buy something you wont absolutely love.Update: I had ROMOBOCO install a fish finder on my boat last week. Price for the install was what they quoted. They did a very clean and professional install exactly where I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the results. Keep up the good work.
