Feedback:

Personally, one star still seems too high of a review. Our church required some card stock printed for a upcoming Kingdom Campaign. We spoke to the individual at their counter on March 20th. The print was something they could handle (3-up on heavy stock paper) and they downloaded the copy ready .pdf file from a thumb drive. This interaction was pleasant and friendly. Our church picked up the cards the following week only to find that were numerous misspelling on the product produced. We double check the "copy" provided which did not contain the misspellings on the final product. When we attempted to see about correcting the situation, we were basically told "it's not our issue." We print what you provide us (period!). We attempted to explain that the copy provided didn't contain any misspellings (i.e. Christan) - but, it was a one-sided conversation from that point forward. We were asked to leave the shop and not return - with a statement made about churches are always like this. Customer care is not a specialty, personality is lacking and he's right - we as a church will take our business someplace else. Funny thing from my perspective - we were not looking for a refund - rather could they print another set of cards - and we have even paid for the material and labor. But, we'll add the individual to our prayer list - as a reflection of our humanity.

I have used their services for several years, having done work for multiple companies, using the RPM services. I've put up with the negative atmosphere and attitude that everyone here seems to carry, purely because I like to remain loyal to local businesses, and support those I've worked with before. However, today, I draw a line. I sent a work order in, requesting card stock, a week ago. I arrived, and it was on thin paper. I said, no worries, I'll still buy these off of you, but I need you to put them on to something more firm. I proceeded to, despite the mess-up, make 3 more orders from them, again, based on loyalty. I came back today to get all of the orders. When I asked for one small modification (to physically cut one of the orders, because there were 3 items to a page), they raised unholy hell. Then they told me that I, as a loyal customer, was out of line for communicating with the owner of the business on multiple occasions, to ensure the order was done correctly. I only contacted this individual 3 times over the course of a week. 3 times, meaning 3 individual emails, where words were exchanged. One of which he didn't even reply to.This place is a joke. This is ridiculous. They're always angry at the world, they can't seem to smile at any joke you try to brighten their day with, and they clearly have no regard for customer loyalty. I drive 35 minutes out of my way, just to remain a loyal customer - have gone as far as delivering orders for them before....and this is how they treat a customer. Thanks, but no thanks. Bye.

I stopped by and picked up the business cards I ordered. The final version came out differently from the sample they gave me. I let the owner know. He said that is how they are. They sent them out and make them. They didn't print them at the shop. I told him that is way off from what they showed me. All of a sudden, he got so angry, grabbed all the cards from the table including my original, threw them to the trash bin. I told him that is fine, but I needed my original back. He just told me to leave the building and told me that it is too hard to make any money out from me and kept yelling at me to leave the shop. I was also very angry and just felt no point to revisit this place. The original is mine and I have the right to get it back and get it done somewhere else. Instead, he threw it away in front of me.

I decided to give a local company my printing business, which I was currently doing through an online platform. RPM delivered a great product, fast and for less than what I was already paying. Highly recommend.

My husband had recently passed away, and being on a tight budget I created my own funeral program flyer. Due to the busy week I was having I hadn't yet had a chance to get the flyers printed, and the memorial service was the next day. I called one print shop in the Land O' Lakes area and they were too busy to help me. Then I remembered RPM. I had passed by it hundreds of times but never gave it much thought, but I took a chance and walked in and from that point on Bill "took me under his wing" and helped to make a difficult task so much easier for me. He stopped everything he was doing and helped me with the design, making it even nicer than my original, helped me choose the paper, printed out the number of copies I needed, and charged me a very reasonable rate. He took care of it all in a matter of minutes, helping to ease my burden of a sad and stressful day. He couldn't have been kinder or more professional. They don't usually take walk-ins but he made an exception for me, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. If you are in the Land O' Lakes area or anywhere nearby, I strongly recommend you call Bill and the crew at RPM for your printing and marketing needs. I will never be able to thank them enough for what they did for me.
