Feedback:

To avoid upcharges of fees use the UPS 7325 NE Imbrie, Hillsboro, OR location as they operate across the board as banks and credit unions. They are a 4.9 stars rating. Also, USPS is cost effective as well.

Terrible customer service from Matt. My friend and I were sending gender reveal gifts and not to say anything because I do not know the sex. My friend showed him a picture of what was inside so that I did not hear what is inside, and he straight up said "so girly things." When we specifically said its a surprise and not to say anything. He didn't even apologize or address it. He was also very short tempered and rude, just terrible customer service.UPDATE FROM RESPONSE: With all due respect, you had helped us for 5 minutes before you had left. You are right, it was nothing YOU had done. I had not seen the picture. Just a glimpse, but I did not know what was in the package because I could barely see the image. After you had LEFT, it was Matt who helped us and was the one who blatantly said "just girly things," when there was no need to say that. He could have said, candle, treats, etc. not the color of the items when he knew I did not want to know. He gave us no apology and was very cold to us.

I received a call from the manager/owner of this store because there was a couple of times the store was closed before stated time: he apologized & said that if I could remember the date that he would check this out because the store is never to be closed before the posted time. I have never had a problem with this ups store, and they have always been great. I just wanted to share this because his sincerity, and concern that this happened showed me that it was not his fault. I would recommend this store to anyone! Thank you!

The slowest store and inconsiderate staff. I stood in line for 25 minutes. There were two guys helping customers and one had a customer who was wrapping her packages at the check out counter. If someone comes in without wrapped packages, they should not stand at the counter and hold up the line. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! Once it was my turn I went to the other guy and he said he was taking another customer who wasn't standing in line. Seriously?!?! No apologies for wait time and just really unfriendly customer service. Will not be returning to this location and have advised others as well.

This location has terrible customer service and you should avoid doing business with them if you can. If you're in dire need of a UPS store, I would recommend going one additional freeway exit (Cornelius Pass exit) where the Hillsboro store (located on Imbrie Drive) location. It's not that much further to drive and has much better customer service than these folks.Here is my experience. I dropped a USPS package off a few days ago and it never arrived at the intended location. Obviously, UPS can't be expected to track a USPS package - however, I simply wanted to ask them if perhaps the package was laying around somewhere in a corner of their store and maybe did not get sent out. This seems like something that could logically happen and I had a suspicion that there was an issue with the USPS label that printed because it wasn't showing up on the tracking system. I sent an e-mail to the store to inquire about the package and after 3 days had not received a response to my inquiry. Since I had no response via e-mail I contacted the store during business hours to inquire about my package and whether or not it may have gotten tucked away somewhere in the store and not sent. The person (Matt) who answered informed me that those packages go out daily (which didn't answer my question). His answer was immediate and without concern. He didn't check around to see if he could find the package and he didn't ask a co-worker if something was set aside; he immediately said "No, those are sent out daily and it's not here", meaning there was zero possibility there could have been a reason it wasn't sent.I honestly have no idea what happened to the package, but I can't say with confidence that this UPS store did their due diligence to make sure my package didn't somehow get overlooked. I'm a long time customer of UPS and UPS stores. I even have an annual P.O. Box at the Hillsboro location and highly recommend them as a company in general, but I can't with good conscience recommend anyone use this location with the experience I've encountered so far.

Went into this location this week to print off a prepaid shipping label. The employee behind the counter charged me $2 for that piece of paper I emailed to the store to print off. $2!!!! I called another location(Imbrie) to verify this price they told me at most it should be 10ยข. I did question the employee about the high charge for a piece of paper, he assured me it was correct. Disappointed in unethical staff you have employed, will ship my packages at another location from now on.
