August, 2017, Junior Chen - RSE responded to a craigslist ad I posted for help in developing an app. He was very responsive at first, on all back & forth to develop the app, contract, terms of payment, etc. Everything got going very quickly. I had a bad feeling as soon as 1st payment ($500) was made, because the response level fell off sharply. In fact, I didn’t get a meaningful response until I brought up remaining payment (9/14/17). They claimed they had developed the app, but never provided any deliverables beyond a few graphics. I have a log off all exchanges, which were in writing.

Julian Chen who also goes by the name Ryan Styles and Ryan Chen is a thief. He stold $45000 from me, and is not responding to his phone anymore. Ryan send my money back I will post this EVERYWHERE. You cannot just steal from people and think its ok and will just go away. You are a crook
