Came in for a trip to see family with our pet. He hadn’t been feeling well for about 2 weeks and was acutely worse while we were there. Brought him in for evaluation and we’re seen by Dr. Miller. Unfortunately the exam and work up did not reveal good news, and we had to make the very difficult decision to put our dog down. Dr. Miller and the staff were incredible with us through this awful and somewhat unexpected situation. They gave us as much time as we needed with our sweet boy and were professional and caring throughout. I would highly recommend this place for your pet and especially Dr. Miller.

Wonderful vet practice. Friendly and caring staff. Reasonable price for care. If you need pet care immediately this is the best place to go. My dog is back to herself after being treated.

This place is amazing! They took great care of our dog that had gotten hit by a car! The dr and all the girls there were so very nice and friendly! So glad they are open on Sundays! Don't hesitate to take your pet to this office! Its truly a good place to help you pet!

They are the best for emergency care. They had wonderful, friendly, empathetic staff waiting when we arrived! They took our dog immediately, treated him quickly, and we where home and comfortable in record time. Huge Thank you to Dr Miller and the staff at Shores!

I am a complete wreck when something is wrong with any of my pets. The staff was very kind and explained everything in detail. I hope I don't need to go back again ,but I feel better knowing they are open 24/7. I would highly recommend them.

We took our Kitten this evening based on our normal vets recommendation. Our Kitten is 8 days post op from being spayed. could barely put pressure on her back legs. would cry if you picked her up, and her body temperature was going from hot to cold with some irregular breathing. We waited 45 minutes...Watched a handful of people come in with their dogs, and at least have a vet come out and check to see how bad their dog was and was moving them into rooms. No one said a word to us. People that came in after us were leaving with their pets, after being seen. When I asked how long till we were seen, she said I don't know..When I said it seems like people that came in after are us are being seen and leaving...Makes it hard to believe they were seen based on severity. A simple let me see how your kitty is as they did for the dogs...would have been appreciated.
