Started ordering my high school football awards when they had an office in Claremont a few years ago. Have continued to order through them even though the office was moved back to Concord. Prices are simply not congruent with the change in availability of this service today. Custom engraved plaques of the same quality are available at half the price through endless online venues. Only reason for 3 stars.

I ordered ribbons online and they called me immediately to let me know they were out of one of the products I ordered. They were able to help me come up with a solution and I ended ordering items over the phone that I originally forgot. They over nighted my product to me and I had it in time for my event.
