From Start to Finish this was hands down the best customer service I have experienced. John S was our account manager and he was absolutely great! His team got our website done WAY ahead schedule and is SUPER responsive. I strongly recommend them as having them do our new website went extremely smooth! Their Design team is clever and the photos chosen for the site were absolutely perfect. Also, Allie and Natalie were terrific from the start as well with explaining their process. They are very informative and great to work with as well. I will continue to use this group for other Marketing Strategies in the future for sure! Owner, Brandon Rost, is extremely knowledgeable and has put together a great team. We had them update our website and I was especially concerned about not messing up the SEO (search engine optimization) that our existing site already had. Brandon immediately got into the weeds with me on how they design their websites to improve SEO, what tools they use to monitor, and waded through my Google Analytics with what I can only describe as complete thoroughness, insight and geekiness...it was great. When we signed on, his design team went to work and put together a great design, which was then implemented on time and on budget. They've continued to work with me to monitor our SEO after the transition to make sure nothing fell through the cracks and to update little things I wanted added after the fact. They're always responsive, understand what I'm going for, and implement it quickly and with a smile. The entire team is in-house too - no one is outsourced - which I like a lot.
