Terrible! Do not use this company! The customer service representatives hang up on you! (Yemi) The managers do not respond to email, or address issues. (James) The staff answer the phone with an attitude. The patient portal does not work for most patients. I waited 15 minutes to get a representative the first time only to be hung up on. Now, I’ve been on an additional hold for about 20 minutes waiting for technical assistance! Oh wait, they made me leave a voicemail! 3rd times a charm!
