The team at Severn Graphic, Inc. is productive and efficient! One of the best experiences I have ever had to get a very important job done in a short time frame. They were champions and worked extremely well under pressure and tight deadlines. They completed our signage job with accuracy and expediency in 48 hours! I had Severn Graphics frame several original paintings. They have a huge selection of frame & mat samples to choose from! There were so many choices I didn't know where to begin. But Chris, their Framer, was able to narrow suggestions down for me. His ideas of what worked best with the art were right on! I will definitely use them again!

One of the things that has made Severn Graphics so successful for so many years is the loyalty to their customers. They will work the extra mile to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied! Severn Graphics continues to keep up with the changing technology of today but stays with the same values as when the company was founded. Have done business with this lab over various years. They did good work for me in the past but I use them sparingly because they are very expensive (not very competitive anymore) and not close to my home. I use them only because they can print any size you want; most printing services print standard sizes anymore. Colleen in production really is a peach and wants to please. The recent problem was the images I sent differed from what I got (darker); it's the calibration of my monitor, they say, which hasn't been the case with other printers. The bill was over $100; they said I could redo them for half price; of course I'd have to throw in a $25 proof if I wanted to ensure the darkness was just right. So now we're talking $190 for three prints, which includes three prints I don't want. Is this reasonable? I don't think so. This is not good customer service for a person who has gone here for years.
