What was the best part of the experience?
Communication with the SGContent team was amazing from start to finish. They captured the idea of what we were looking for in one of our brands immediately and were able to execute our vision.
What would you change about the experience?
I cannot find anything wrong with my experience. Their response times were great, their communication process was great and their delivery was impeccable and on time with their initial estimate.
Feedback:
I will 100% hire SGContent again for future campaigns. Their customer service and client interaction were superb. Their understanding and analysis of our brand was spot on and at no point during our interactions did they try to forcefully make changes to our company's vision. The final work was outstanding and I cant wait for our brand to be on the market.

I had a good idea on where to go and they just made it easy for me to understand, develop and accomplish. Great feedback and extensive compelling material. Awesome.
What would you change about the experience?
Depending on each case. We had a lot of material and ground to cover. I would recommend a suggestive timeline for each part so the client knows what areas he needs to cover and be more attentive so the feedback is more constructive based on a schedule.
