I went into this post office today to send an important package. My envelope needed a piece of tape to be fully sealed. The person behind the counter told me I need to purchase a full roll of tape for $3.89 in order to fully seal the envelope. The package needed to go out today. In the past, they would put the piece of tape on the package for free. I walked out of there with my package. It will be late. I will not pay $3.89 for a piece of tape.

I have been to that office twice now and the counter is closed for business. Sign says to go to the main post office, really? Lights are on and people are working in the background. Whats going on in this place?

This place sucks for every reason.A black lady works at the front desk, i kept calling "Hello, good morning" for 2 -3 times, she didn't come out, I knew she is right there; and someone came and ring the bell, she came out immediately. Ok, if she likes to be treated like this with a ring bell, sure. This one could be my fault, cause I didn't follow the "rule" but try to use human way to communicate. fine.The second reason is she acts really cocky, I don't see the reason where it comes from. Plus, I asked her if there is large mail box, and she said, if there is none over there, probably No. Oh, PROBABLY, don't this store have any inventory? I think they do, the only thing is she doesn't want to pick it up for me. this is really a stupid lie, the worst part is she assumes i am the same kind and would buy it.I am sure this review won't be evaluated by USPS, and that lady will still do whatever she thinks right, nothing affects minimum wage, no performance pay, no bonus whatsoever.Go to another place and save your day. DO NOT go to this store. period.
