Marni called me a few days ago and she explained what services that Signarama performs and how they'd be able to assist my local business.I was extremely pleased with her attitude and what works in my line of business, versus what does not.She covered some of the "necessary" printing needs that we have and also spoke about branding capabilities.Marni was well versed in all aspects of what her company provides and how those provisions interact with a "service" oriented business.When I'm ready Signarama will be my go-to for printing and sign services. Signarama and Lee were great. We had some back and forth discussions via email and phone to finalize our signage (due to building owner requirements). Lee had helpful information for us to get us to final approval of the artwork (which we provided). Installation went smoothly (we didn't even need to be there!) and the signs look fantastic!

Placed an order for a real estate sign and post, paid in full. They were supposed to contact me to go over the proof but after 3 days of no contact I had to drive over there and ask for the status. The lady in the reception casually mentioned that they didn’t have the post and the vendor they work with also had no post so it would take them more time to order. They didn’t even bother to call and notify me of the issue and the delay. I asked about the sign and they didn’t do any work on that either. They wasted my time and delayed my job. Bad customer service and irresponsible management!After taking the $$$ upfront they just forget about the customer!!!

Another sign company cancelled on me right before the install was scheduled. I called Lee at Signarama and she turned my job from a disaster into an install that was simple and easy to work on. They handled everything and kept me updated. My boss and I are extremely happy and appreciate all that they did to get our project installed by our customer's deadline. The next time I need the services of a sign company in Santa Clarita I will definitely call them again.

We ordered two weeks before an important trade show. We had to send multiple emails and make several calls to ensure the work happened on time. We didn't get the proofs for approval until we called, not all emails were responded to. And then the shop only finished the work the day before the show - so if there was anything wrong we had no chance to fix it. Our printed tablecloth came in and we ended up having to throw it away as they printed it in the wrong color - not at all what was approved on the signed proof. We will never use again.

The entire crew at Signarama in Valencia have been fantastic! Our company uses them for a great variety of signage, and their quality, turnaround times and prices are the best we have found. They always go above and beyond the call of duty, taking their time to make sure everything is just right, down to the smallest detail. They are creative problem solvers who are truly a pleasure to work and be associated with.
