Overall Feedback:

I heard good things at first in a newspaper, but I did some digging and I didn't like what I found. Asking around New Albany, no one seemed to understand what they do and I and others think it's a scam. Nice kids with cool ideas I guess, but nothing to back them up with. Their websites are bad and full of basic grammar errors, they probably use wordpress or godaddy and rip people off, nothing custom, nothing as they say it is. Hopefully they will make it some day, I doubt it though. Maybe the owner can make it through his mental breakdowns to see he doesn't really run a business.
