Recently had a very important and pretty sizeable print job done here at Sir Speedy in Tacoma. The first time around, they did an OUTSTANDING job. The whole process was very professional from delivery and review of a proof, fast and excellent output product, as well as delivery of the finished product to our office. Then, I found an error...of my own! I hesitantly called the office to ask them to unbind 200+ booklets with more than fifty sheets of paper. The staff were upbeat, positive and had such a "can-do" attitude. They reprinted the replacement page for me and replaced it in EACH booklet. I was afraid the cost would be astronomical, but it was fairly priced, and they made me feel like it was all okay. They even had the corrected books ready on the day I requested. If you have not used Sir Speedy in Tacoma yet, give them a call. They are permanently my "go-to" printing company!

I had work done from them in 2015. I needed something printed fast within a few days I needed it. It was a program for my grandmother's going home service in which plenty of people we're going to get their hands on. Anyways, when I say they helped me every step of the way, they went above and beyond. My requests were even a little absurd. Font, pictures, the wording, etc. It came out beautiful. I forget the lady who helped me but she was very knowledgeable in what type of paper I used that would look best. Though my many changes she was professional and honest. It came out perfect. It was shared with family here in the states and and with family back home in Am. Samoa where we laid my grandmother to rest. Just wanted to share that. Thank you so much and I appreciate your service to the community. #Salute
