Initially, we were excited to work with this agency. CEO was competent, Isaac is very competent, etc. However, upon signing on the dotted line, we learned project management is not good. Deadlines mean nothing. Month would pass without any communication from Project Manager. When communicated she'd be quick to apologize and say she didn't understand. As if that would solve everything. Do not hire this agency if Nicole Murray is your project manager. Have a clause in your contract that states if project manager is changed during project, you have right to refuse project manager. Also be prepared for many times where it's "not in the scope of the project, you must pay more." The contract is very vague. Deadlines do not matter to this agency. Have a clause in the contract that if they don't meet deadlines, you do not owe them XYZ. Very poor project management results in delayed delivery.
