What was the best part of the experience?

No best parts, but for them, taking my money and doing nothing for it. Search reports have confirmed they did nothing.

What would you change about the experience?

Wished I hadn't agreed to have them upgrade my website. In 6 months they managed to destroy my website, whilst stealing thousands of dollars from me. They will promise the earth and deliver nothing. I cannot believe they are even listed here as recommended. All 3 positive ranking are unsubstantiated, this will be their own doing. Avoid this company!! Nothing but thieves.

Scammers, con artists, thieves, rogues, would take the food from a babies mouth. Registered here in Aus by the name Digital Web Solutions P/L which they right up as Private Limited, which means they hide behind a digital entity.
