We had the pleasure of creating ESJ Laws branding.

Theyre a new law firm who help indigenous clients with native title issues. They wanted to give off a well go into it for you vibe. It was important the branding wasnt too high end, as they wanted to be as approachable as possible for their clients.

All of ESJs competitors had wordmark logos that werent very creative or expressive. We needed to try and convey their point of difference and using a wordmark logo felt really limiting at first. We needed to portray their approachability, friendliness, community mindedness, and show that theyre a brand you can connect with.

We decided to connect sans serif letterforms together, this made the logo feel less rigid and kept it moving but with more of a structure. We also added in a brighter and more fun secondary colour to cut through that corporate blue really well.
