The customer services here is very poor and when they feel you cannot pay your bill - which I have each and every month in full - they'll try to exploit the situation by telling you that your behind in your bill - after you have paid your bill each month in full - they tack on 20 and 30 extra dollars to your bill- each month for being late - when the late fee is only $12 dollars - How is it that the light bill is much more expensive than the gas bill ? This place is a ripp off - don't try to take advantage of someone because you feel like he can't pay his bill - I feel sorry for the people who cannot - Bad business -
