We mainly communicate directly with John Griffin, the company’s co-founder, and it’s been a great pleasure. John delves deep into every project he handles, and he is very realistic about the project goals, deliverables and deadlines. Also he is available basically 24/7, to the point that I sometimes wonder if he ever gets rest at all! Not much. We moved at a slower pace so I was hoping to see results faster but mostly it was my fault bc I had a smaller budget. Overall we were very happy and would recommend them to anyone looking for a well priced option for all types of seo efforts.

I'm a project manager at a design firm and have worked with Spiral Scout, on a few occasions now, for HTML email development. Each time, I've found John Griffin and team to be very knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and easy to work with. They are always quick to respond with a reasonable quote and are flexible to meet our deadlines. As a PM, I'm always busy juggling projects and am constantly nudging clients and coworkers to get info, so I especially appreciate that they reach out to me during a project to check-in and give updates. (One less thing for me to remember to do!) Once the work is complete, they follow up to make sure the transition went smoothly and my clients are happy with the results.
