Our company needed a major overhaul of our website, and after interviewing a selection of firms we found Sproutbox. Jeff and his team walked us through the process and made it clear how long things would take, what our responsibilities were in the process, and what they would take care of. We were able to get our completely rewritten and redesigned site up and running in just under six months. Throughout the process, they were responsive to our questions, patient when we asked for changes, and met every deadline. The nonprofit Board of Directors on which I serve asked Spoutbox to produce a video that had many sensitivities. Our organizations serves the Black community and the video had to meet the needs of our stakeholders, as well as funders and other supporters. Sproutbox was amazing to work with and the resulting video is one of the most successful that I've ever worked with an external firm in my 25 years of doing these type of projects. Peter DeLap made everything easy for us, but kept us on task and on schedule. They went out of their way to accommodate a very complex shooting schedule at multiple shooting locations, and I still can't believe how much we did on the main day of shooting. The first time that my colleague and I saw the draft video we literally cried our eyes out in happiness and in how they captured the emotion of the people in the video and their intense stories. I highly recommend Sproutbox to anyone who needs high quality, well produced content with people who are easy to work with and accommodate your needs. They also are budget conscious and work within the means of the organization. Bravo to them and to us! We are doing a major "world premier" of our video soon and I can't wait to see the reactions as well as the outcomes, since we will be using this for both education and fundraising.
