Great staff. Their official delivery hours are 5PM till Midnight, especially for Canadian paper deliveries. But, they may work out after 12. "No deliveries during office hours", told by reception lady over phone. Very friendly and courteous staff. Expect 1-3 hours for unloading.

We used to get the paper, in the country, through the mail, every day, the day it was dated for. This was true for a great number of years. Now, we get the paper, sometimes, like a day or two late, and most of the time it doesn't come at all. I complained and was told that corporate took a driver off the delivery. Why would you print a paper that you dont deliver? WHY WOULD I SUBSCRIBE TO A PAPER THAT I DONT GET? Looks like this paper is going down. Very sorry. I grew up in the 1950s and 60s, reading the Star Herald. For a time, I was a free Lance news reporter for the Star Herald. Subscribed to it all my life..
