I've been working at Stellar Blue for a little over a year. I've come to find the team to be extremely knowledgable, customer-focused professionals. So many go that extra mile for clients. It's admirable! I've been presented with professional growth opportunities that have been both challenging and rewarding.

I have been working with Stellar Blue since 2015 with my current company. They are great people to work with, very knowledgeable of current trends, and I really enjoy their workshops.

I was also a former client of Stellar Blue's.Here are just a few of the many examples of why I will never work with their team again:1: I was originally upset with my contact at Stellar regarding the lack of communication/work being done. Come to find out they were just doing what their managers told them to do. If you end on a negative note at all with them, they'll shut you out.2: They treat their employees like dirt. After leaving, I heard stories of how horrible management treated the rest of the team, including suing them if they tried to leave and work for another agency in the area.3: Turnover is extremely high, I watched this company go from 25+ employees down to maybe a dozen. Along with that, it seems like their Marketing team switches members every few months. I have to imagine this is due to the poor/stressful working conditions.At the end of the day, there are a handful of other agencies in the Fox Valley that will give you a much better experience than this company offers.

As a former client of Stellar Blue's, I got to see the true inner workings of this company and how they go about their business. To say the least, it was eye-opening and shocking at the same time. These are just a few of the many instances I encountered while I was a client:1) Their employee turnover is unbelievably high. My account was passed around to 3 different Marketing Strategists in under 6 months. This is probably due to the fact that they treat their employees like tools instead of human beings. After I left, I heard countless stories about how horrible management was to their team, even borderline abusive. They will even try to sue/take legal action if former employees try to find a job with another agency in the area. If you do additional research on Glass Door, you'll see that this is a recurring theme.2) Their Leadership team will flat out lie to their clients in order the make them happy. I was told that certain employees were still affiliated with the company, only to find out that they had quit/been fired months before. They also outsource some of their services to companies outside of Wisconsin, which they DO NOT tell their clients. 3) When trying to get ahold of someone regarding accessing my website, I received ZERO response from anyone at the company. I actually had my website shut down when I told them that I wanted to switch vendors.These are just a few of the many instances that I experienced as a client. If you're looking for a web design/marketing agency for your company, do yourself a favor and keep looking. It will be worth it in the long run.

Stellar Blue Technologies is far from the ideal company to do business with and/or work for. Professional ethics are not a standard practiced as the owner will lie to employees and clients in order to save face or avoid a sticky situation.A common theme at this establishment is that when a client of Stellar Blue's leaves to do business with someone else, they will immediately take down the website that the client overpaid for. Also, when employees put in a resignation notice the remainder of the employees are instructed not to converse with the exiting employee. Many have been harassed by the owner after leaving (called names via social media messages, attempted lawsuits) completely unwarranted. Extremely vindictive, however, the owner has a reputation for acting out and sending very unprofessional emails to competitors and/or former employees. These same employees were overworked because retention is awful, and then treated terribly for putting in long hours of hard work.If you are looking at doing business with/working for Stellar Blue Technologies....... save yourself and just, well, don't.

We have been blessed to work with the Stellar Blue Technologies team on two major projects for our company: our corporate website and our company intranet. Not only do they bring creativity and technological expertise to the table, their entire team is dedicated, responsive, and easy to work with. We continue to work with them as we make changes and updates to our sites and I envision the relationship between Miron and Stellar to be one that will not only last, but continue to grow over time.
