I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Sun Screen Printing, the lack of respect, and urgency to resolve the issue. Im the Treasurer of my softball and it wasn't until after I recieved the receipt/invoice for paying John "Sun Screen Printing" $1020 for 17 women's softball jerseys, equaled out to be $60 per jersey, i am not disputing that we agreed to pay that amount (John repeatedly advised us that he spoke with a lawyer and i need to announce and make everyone reading this aware that we agreed to pay $1020 for 17 jerseys, well the one person that was in charge of ordering our jerseys agreed to pay) i waited and waited and waited to receive a receipt/invoice after we paid in full, it never came, until I finally came across an invoice that was addressed to John Sun Screen Printing from a wholesaler in Ontario for $663 dollars! I instantly contacted John to address this and question him. He seemed rather annoyed and upset that I was in possession of this invoice, i questioned him about the invoice, long story short, he DID NOT supply the jerseys, he DID NOT provide the printing, he went onto this this wholesalers website, punched in a few numbers and last names, hit SUBMIT and then charged a 40 % mark up for clicking a button, i went to the wholesalers website to enter in my own order for a quote, and received a quote of $715 all in. Johns website describes him as a local man who likes to give back to his community, he volunteers at his church and helps coach soccer, he sponsors our local hospital etc etc etc once confronted and i advised him i need him to forward me our invoice/receipt so i could balance our account, he said he would work on it and get it to me when he could, there was no sense of urgency to help me resolve this dilemma, i called him the next day, no response, emailed with no response, the weekend goes by and still no word on monday, tuesday nothing, so i take a drive up to his business, when confronted he advised me he was still working on it, he was working to get me a package ready, all i requested was a receipt showing that he charged us $1020 for the jerseys, he should have been able to provide that to me the moment i requested it but he kept stalling, so i sat and waited for him to produce this package he said he had for me, turns out the package was 2 pieces of paper, a receipt, and an original copy of the names and numbers of our players that we provided to him. he was very arrogant, my self and another player were present, when confronted about everything we knew, he said well thats business, I'm in the market for making money, but marking up 40 % on jerseys to a local ladies softball team, i have him admitting that all he did was enter the information online and hit submit and a completely different company did all the work! Very upsetting we have a member of this community willing to take advantage of local recreation teams, he never once tried to diescalate the problem or fix any wrong doing, he basically said too bad so sad and that he talked to a lawyer. i would definitely not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy team jerseys, you can get same quality from anyone else for much cheaper, at least 40-50 percent cheaper. BUYER BEWARE, worst experience EVER.
