August 5th I took on five sets of plaques that needed names engraved on existing name plates. I asked for a quote for new plaques and name plates to match my existing ones, and a quote for a new set of plaques. I was told they would be ready for the first day of school. Two weeks later I checked in because they never called. Was told they hadn't started because they didn't know if I wanted the quoted items, that they had never contacted me about. Despite my frustration I told them I wanted the entire order. I was told it would be a week. Fast forward to October 9th. They still haven't called so I stopped by. They again haven't started any part of the order. I wish I could give zero stars

Great place awesome service I needed a lighter inscriped for a special event Friday night I came in Wednesday the double script done was perfect the inscription was perfect which the event perfect. Thanks for waiting for me I was 2 minutes late after closing and they waited for me. I recommend them to everyone.

The quality of the finished product is impeccable. Very professional looking signs. However, if you wish to get your signs custom made in a timely (and organized) manner, you’re better off going somewhere else. If you’re patient and willing to call the company numerous times about the progress of your order, then I strongly recommend Superior Signs.

Prices sound great, but we ordered a set of vinyl letting for our businesses door and a small single color banner that was said to be ready July 26th. Still no products. Called today and they said tomorrow it should be done.

Please ignore the false review given by Sayuri Anarion. This is a complete fabrication as she has never been a customer of Superior Signs. She is in fact a total fraud that posted this as a favor for a friend of hers who was so rude to Adam & Sonja they had to ask her to leave. These people are total drama queens intent on spreading lies about a very good business.
