I likely have less interaction with UPS stores than most people but I don't often send out packages. However, I had ordered a large package from Amazon and it arrived broken so I decided to send it back and wouldn't be home for them to pick it up, so I took it down to the UPS store for it to be shipped back. Mind you, this is a wide, 40 pound box which I struggled to carry across the parking lot and then had to try to open the door. So I'm struggling to open the door and carry this package, literally having to drop it on the ground and open the door to kick the package in with my feet. I look up, and the older lady at the front desk is staring at me, not busy, can't be bothered to assist or at least hold the door open. Her tone was rude and unpleasant. The only saving grace for this store is the younger man who was probably my age (early 20s) who was helpful at the front desk. All in all, just wasn't very impressed.

Hmmmm.... packages seem to get “lost” here a lot! Even though I have tracking numbers and emails stating it was delivered to this store, my packages seem to get “lost” between the door and my UPS Store Mail Box. I have a feeling some of the employees here have sticky fingers. Time for a new staff or a competent one at the very least.

DON'T GO HERE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR PACKAGING THAT YOU MAY HAVE ALREADY PAYED FOR AT A DIFFERENT STORE.

Terrible customer service. My advice don’t ever mail anything that is US Postal Service here. The service fee ends up being double what you would pay if you just go down the street to the post office. They advertise that they mail for US Postal Service but yet they charge you double in extra service fees. Paid $28 for a package that should have been $14. At least at the mailbox store next to Basha’s they only charge an extra $2 in service fees so if you really want to avoid the post office go to the store next to Basha’s.

I have been in contact with Gary trying to set up a mailbox. Most of the time I have to call a few times before someone will even pick up the phone. Other times they say they will do things, but do not. I am forced to look at other options as far as temp mailboxes go. I should have read the reviews first.
