Rob and his team at Surrender Films are AMAZING!!! My experience with them was better than I could have ever imagined. Before I even spoke to him, I was in love with his work and just knew we had to book him. The videos and special moments he is able to capture are priceless. I only spoke to him once before my wedding day, but I was at ease the moment he arrived on the big day. He blended in perfectly with the entire group. My husband is shy, but Rob was able to easily convince him to read his letter to me for the wedding day. Rob just had that effect on everyone. He was able to capture every magical moment I wanted and more. When my girls and I had a silly video idea, Rob happily recorded our antics and made us all laugh. My wedding day absolutely flew by, but I know that I will have Rob and his team's beautiful video to watch with my future grandkids one day. There are not enough words to thank him for his services!

After our wedding was cancled in Charleston Rob drove.. YES DROVE... to Indianapolis where we planned a second reception to celebrate with our friends and family. He put together an invredible video and we are so pleased with his work. You will not be disappointed if you go with Surrender Films.... Rob is a great guy and cares about his customers. 5 STARS WAS EASY!

I cannot fully express how pleased and delighted me and my husband were with Rob and his team. From the very beginning he was easy to work and communicate with. We met at a coffee shop to talk through my questions as well as the process from beginning to end. As a bride that was very comforting. I felt like I was his only bride although I know I certainly was not...but it's nice to feel like he is focused on our day and not feel like I'm "just another bride". We just received our video back and OH MY GOSH, it's incredible...me and my husband watched together, lots of laughing and crying and a great way to relive our perfect day. There were many important details of our day that we wanted to be sure were captured and he did just that..every single part of our day was put into this phenomenal video that we will treasure forever. He also came highly recommended by our other rockstar vendors, so that's always a good feeling as well. You will not be disappointed going with Surrender Films!!

Rob responded to all of our emails promptly and went above and beyond to capture details and moments that were special to us. The morning after our wedding we woke up to our trailer and received the rest of our package well before the contract deadline. As the mother of one of Rob's 2018 brides, let me save you some time in your search for the perfect videographer. I have already done the research for you. Don't settle for one of your planners "preferred vendors" like we almost did. When our planners "preferred" videographer fell out of play, I went in search of a videographer that I knew my daughter would love. I literally looked at the work of every videographer available and read all of the reviews. Honestly, Rob was easy to pick out of the crowd and I was thrilled that he was available. Of course at that time we were still over a year out ..but in Charleston you have to be quick to hire the best! From day one Rob was kind and easy to work with in everyway. On the day of he was calm even in the midst of all of the "chaos" taking place. I honestly don't know how he manages to catch all of the special moments without ever really being seen. He had a teaser video sent to us within 24 hours and the complete package within 3 weeks. My daughter and her husband are beyond thrilled with the videos, I can't stop watching and I love showing my friends. I can't count the number of people that have told me that it is hands down the best wedding video that they have ever seen. The only downside to the entire day was that my 81 year old mother missed the ceremony because her ride got lost. Rob's teaser video within 24 hours of the wedding made her feel so much better. She loved the entire video and said that if she couldn't be there the video was so amazing that she felt just like she was there. So, if you want an amazing video that captures your day in the most special way - Rob is your man. Thanks so much Rob!

I don’t know if I can verbalize just how amazing Rob and his team are. From start to finish, Rob was the EASIEST person to work with. We got our sneak peak literally less than 24 hours after we got married which was SO exciting. We got our feature film just a couple weeks later which for the quality and detail he puts in to his work is insanely quick! My husband and I BOTH cried watching the video for the first time, that is how well he captured our day. If you want someone who does his job effortlessly and beautifully, Surrender Films is for you. My tip to brides to be: Get a good videographer and photographer. These are the things you are left with to remember your day and you won’t regret it, I promise!

Rob and Casey with Surrender Films were superb! Eric and I love our videos and I couldn't believe how fast we had our trailer video. It was literally in my inbox the day after our wedding, so of course we watched this wonderful highlight of our wedding day a million times because it was amazing. Surrender Films takes the time to get to know their couples so your wedding video is unique to you-the newlyweds. You will not get some generic video here, so choose them if you want something that you will treasure together for the rest of your lives!

Rob and his team were so amazing to work with. All of my questions were answered when we had our initial meeting, and I had complete confidence that they would capture my wedding day beautifully. Rob definitely hustled and had so many ideas for creating special & unique moments that showed off our personalities. I was blown away by the instapeek trailer that was ready just a few days after our wedding! Our guests were so impressed by how professional it looked & the drone footage of our venue was stunning!
