Rude and shady. Would give no stars if I could. Their properties are not maintained, their property managers regularly deny tenant requests, main management doesn't properly address complaints of lower management, if they even answer the phone. I know for a fact that Tammy at Nocona terrace forges documents and I'm still waiting on my security deposit back 6 months after I left, legally, because the place was so infested my son got dangerously sick. Beware.
