Extra special shoutout to Jessica Dee for MAKING IT HAPPEN! WOW! Even when something can't be done, she STILL gets it's done! If anyone is in the market for any promotional merchandise or branded apparel, you MUST contact Jess Dee she'll send you free quotes and lots of amazing samples and ideas. Within an hour of contacting her, she already had many, many products samples and ideas for me. Many things I hadn't even thought of, or would have imagined would be anywhere close to my budget, but when your working with Jessica it's a whole new ballgame. Very talented, very professional. She is ABSOLUTE best of the best!!

I worked with Danielle Schneider to place an order for embroidered apparel. We had been utilizing a different company that quoted us almost $200 more for the exact same items and materials! Danielle had quick response times and worked hard to ensure our order was correct. I was thrilled with the customer service I received and am excited to see our items once they arrive! I am a Vietnam Veteran's daughter and when came upon Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Fund I noticed that the Wall of Healing was making it's way to my town. I thought that the best way to show my father that I care and supported him was to volunteer my time. I signed up and then noticed that the website offered commemorative t-shirts marking the occasion and that a part of the proceeds go toward helping other Veteran's seeing the wall at their town. So I bought my father 2X and my self a large according to what we normally wear and PAID for SHIPPING. When the package arrived, I made sure to try on the shirts. My large fit like nightgown and my father's 2X was extremely tight on him. I called Target Marketing Group and asked about exchanging them for sizes that would fit since these shirts where not true to their size. The customer service lady I spoke to said that their shouldn't be a problem, send back the shirts, just write that there was no issue with the shirts and PAY for SHIPPING a SECOND time. I re-ordered the sizes accordingly (M & 3X) and PAID for SHIPPING a THIRD time. After some waiting I received the new sized shirts, again I made sure to try them on and they fit perfectly. I checked my bank account to see if the refund went though. It did but I wad confused on to why I was out of $10. I called Target Marketing Group and was told there was a 20% restocking fee. If there shirts where true to size I would not have had to re-order different sizes and paid for shipping THREE times in the first place, causing me to lose out on $32 when the shirts only cost $45 which is a GRAND TOTAL of $77 for only 2 shirts. I am disappointed in this company's code of etihics. I do not recommend doing business with Target Marketing Group.
