My experience way excellent. Here are the things that Ryan was able to do for me. My computer had gotten a major virus and after another computer fixed my computer, I was not able to pull up my PDF files; and no one else was able to fix my problem. As a professor with doctorial students the last thing I needed was computer issues. Ryan was clear and articulate. He calmly walked me through the process as well showed me how to utilize my anti-virus, cleaned-up my many programs on top of fixing my original computer issue. He spent all the time necessary to ensure that my computer was 'clean' operational and functioning at top speed and accuracy. I am thoroughly please with his professionalism, patience, and understanding on how to work with us non-computer people. Thank you, Ryan!!!!
