Left me hanging, out to die in the pasture.... So sad that this turned south the way it did. I had a simple invitation that was due on Monday. On Monday, they called to say there was a glitch and it would be Wednesday. Tick tock. Wednesday went by, Thursday... emailed them for status. OOH another glitch... if I changed my paper, I would get it Friday. No thanks - cancelled the job. I could have done this for one tenth the cost from my office printer (which is what I did but I could have met my deadline!). My invitations now will be received just ONE WEEK prior to the event. In my 20+ years in marketing, I have never had a company drop the ball so abysmally and NOT help me recover. Mistakes happen in this business, it's HOW you recover that makes you stand out... one way or another. Please don't contact me anymore. This is unrepairable.

If you desire to partner with people who are disrespectful, blame others and just simply are rude and unprofessional to their clients ... these guys are your guys. On multiple occasions from both owners our company has been cursed at, yelled at and spoken to with hostility, aggression and a general disrespect for our professionals as human beings. Buyer beware.

Awesome service and fast turnaround time. I placed a rush order for some folded booklets, and not only did they get the job done earlier than expected, but they took the time to look over the file I submitted to them for printing and caught a huge error that would have looked terrible if printed. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Telepathic is a great partner for us at BURKE Communications. They are competitive in pricing, but always have great quality. Paige is our account rep and provides excellent customer service. She replies same day, sends estimates within 24 hours and turns our jobs around quickly. Their work is wonderful and they are one of our go-to printers! I enjoy working with Paige and the team at Telepathic every time we get the chance (which is often). They partner with me to educate me on the process so I make the best decisions in my print buying. I've used Telepathic twice for printing jobs for my small business. Sadly, I was also disappointed twice. Both times my order was fulfilled incorrectly, and one of those times it took 4x for it to be done correctly. 2 of those times the problem could have easily been corrected by someone simply checking over their work before shipping it or calling me to come pick up the order. I believe in giving people 2nd chances because I know mistakes happen but when the same mistake happens multiple times, I believe there is a quality of service issue.

I have worked with TG for four years. They have fast turn-around, are very helpful and friendly, and the quality is excellent. When you use TG, you are helping LOCALS keep their jobs!
