Feedback:

You know that they are doing the work locally with a great group of talented individuals.

Feedback:

We wouldn’t be in business without a partner like Knox.

Feedback:

Decided not to work with Knoxweb. Walking in I did not feel comfortable at all. The space was dim lit and I was greeted by two teenagers behind the front desk. When I explained why I was there the only response I got was “Not gonna happen bro.” Apparently my project wasn’t a priority to this company. When I asked to speak to whoever was in charge they told me I couldn’t see him. So all in all a bad experience

Feedback:

The quality of their work is exceptional, especially for the price I’m paying.

Feedback:

They did a great job of adapting to fit our needs. The resulting web site is amazing.

Feedback:

I could pick up the phone anytime and call somebody, and I knew that they will concern my requests immediately.

Feedback:

Their employees' drive to produce a quality product and their level of detail were impressive.

Feedback:

I agree that I am shocked at the five star reviews. I did my homework before hiring them believing that they were the real deal. I needed them to build a website for my new business. The requirement was that I pay $2,000 down as a deposit and then upon launching my website, I would pay the remaining of the bill, which they estimated to be another $2,000. This was on May 9. I paid the deposit and was introduced to my case manager. I immediately felt like I had made a mistake in that communication was very poor and the conversations were less than professional. I wanted a refund of my money but when I asked for it, I was told that they had done so much "work" on my site that all of the $2,000 deposit had already been used. In addition, I was under a lot of work stress at the time and began to believe that I just needed to give them a second chance, I decided to stay with them. Today is July 30. After over 2 months, I have nothing to show for a website. Over the course of the months of May and June, I sent a ton of photos, content, and articles to be included. Included in my emails were many questions about what I should be sending because I do not know the lingo and I was not sure what had been done so far on my site. In addition, my trademark attorney needed to see my logo in use on the website so he could complete my trademark application. I asked for this but never received it. I was promised on the day of hire that I would have weekly meetings with my case manager and that they would work with me along and along until I was satisfied with the site. I thought I would be able to watch the site being built little by little so that I could make adjustments or changes as promised. I think I had two phone conversations with my case manager over the course of the last 2 months. My case manager was apparently not receiving my emails or having trouble receiving them because at one point he asked me to use another email stream. I did so. But still never got any kind of confirmation that he received anything I sent. I was getting frustrated with the lack of communication and not knowing what was going on with my website. I asked a lot of questions via email but never received responses. They claim they tried to call my cell phone, but many times I did not recognize any of the phone numbers being used and did not realize it was them calling. When I called back, the case manager's voice mail was ALWAYS full. When I called the original sales person, his voice mail was also full. VERY frustrating!!! So, I decided to take over the site myself so I can get a better and more competent company to finish it. But in order to get whatever they had completed, I paid the remaining $2,000. Little did I know, I was going to receive login information for my site that showed no work had been completed. Just a bunch of fake fillers. I hired a lawyer to request a refund. They sent my lawyer some links to "work" they completed. I was in shock to see that little to NOTHING was finished. The site they sent me was full of fake articles and only ONE of my own articles. Despite my payment of $4,000, there were none of my own pictures and only one of my logos. This was the first time I saw any kind of draft of my site. I am VERY disappointed. Of course I have asked for a refund as they did not come close to holding their end of the bargain. They refused. My advice is to AVOID THIS COMPANY altogether. But, if you insist on using them, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE YOU PAY A DIME!! I feel ripped off and now I am out $4,000 for nothing. Very upsetting.

Feedback:

I’m shocked at all the five star reviews and question their authenticity. Wouldn’t a web builder be able to fake them! My experience matched all of the one-star horror stories. Knoxweb can’t possibly just randomly be deciding who gets a working site and who gets jerked around. So the positive reviews must be fakes. Almost a year and I don’t have a working site. They dealt with my constant concerns over lack of progress by switching project managers. The owner (?) won’t take calls - Kevin Shick couldn’t care less how bad his employees handle things. He’s all about not admitting to any wrongdoing so he’s covered, rather than fixing the problems and delivering on promises or admitting they can’t be fulfilled and working out a compromise. Emails, questions, concerns - all ignored. Ridiculous excuses time after time, being told they are busy or were getting ready for a party (seriously, this was one of the excuses!) and I’m not their only customer! Their “team” are hacks in India who can’t handle anything more than what you can build yourself with very little experience on Word Press. I know because I had to give myself a crash course in Wordpress and do most of what got done myself! I’m a realtor! And almost 60! I’m not a web builder - though apparently I can claim to be one and con people out of their money and get away with it over and over again. So don’t be fooled by their attention in the beginning, their seeming desire to work with you at a price you can afford, and their speedy mock-up of a design (just a regurgitated Wordpress template). And don’t be fooled by their speedy attempts to discredit the bad reviews. They are real. You’ve been warned! You will end up having to hire another company and shell out more money to fix what they took your money to do.

Feedback:

Knoxweb is highly skilled at sensing your needs. When I approached them for my website, I had no idea how it should look like. But the guys here are really well informed about the market. They quickly realize our requirements and created an awe-inspiring website.
