I don't know what the issue is but it has been 11 months and they still haven't completed my ground rent redemption. I paid them 11 months ago and they straight up haven't done it. This is rediculous.

I could not recommend Terrain Title and Escrow enough! As a REALTOR®, working with an excellent title company is imperative to ensure my clients have a smooth transaction and enjoyable home-buying experience. Terrain is outstanding and I recommend all my clients use them. For my own recent personal home purchase, I used Terrain and they made everything easy for me as a buyer. My experience has been that this company does an outstanding job Servicing their cases. I have received answers to questions after 5 p.m.( unheard of for any Title Company except Terrain), never had an instance where a day, time or location that a client wanted to close could not be accommodated, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the owner has always made sure that my clients were totally satisfied with their experience.
