Walked in today and was ignored until the woman at the counter finished some paper work and filing it. She looked up and seen me standing there and continued to work on her task. She then got up walked to the side space and threw away some trash. After standing for over a minute I spoke up and said hello again, she responded. I showed her what I was looking to get done and she instantly said she would get someone to help me.Justin came out and helped me but told me since I had never had work done there before I would be charged $55.00.This place was recommended.

I went to The Award Shop for something I had to get for work. I was very happy with the customer service I received. I didn't know what I wanted and a very nice gentleman named Darryl helped me out. He gave me some great ideas and I was able to get something that stayed within our budget. I would go back here if I needed something personal done to. The customer service is great and their stuff is really nice.

Overall, great service and attitude. I came in with a really hard time constraint for their shop to meet, and they were able to produce my product request in 2 days. Phenomenal approach, advice, and service. They also improved my plaque design, making it look a lot better than what I had originally submitted to them. That being said, I don't recommend trying to put an insane time constraint on them. Although they are flexible and might be able to meet your insane demands, it's just a rude request for a customer to make. It was a little pricey in my opinion, but they made up for the price through their ability to produce a product with timeliness and politeness. I would recommend them to a friend.

The associates at The Award Shop are wonderful! Nautical Marine needed name badges for an event that we were attending and we needed them ASAP. The Award Shop was able to get us exactly what we needed, when we needed it, all at a very affordable price! It was a pleasure to work with them!
