Some of the best food I’ve ever had. I love the clean, modern atmosphere of the restaurant. The service was great but the food was just outstanding. I did not need a box!

Awww yes. Another place that uses the dark and dim lighting, white walls and calming blue LED lighting. You kind of feel that you are in some area in a Star Wars film when you step into this place. The staff here is so friendly. This place is likely on its way to becoming one of the top restaurants of its kind in the greater Charlotte area.

My family usually go here and also when we have business dinners, we go to this establishment despite some negative experiences. The most recent experience will be our last. Most of the meal was fine and we were nearing the end, about to pay our bill, when one of our guests decided to pay for a certain take home portion on his own. Despite knowing that the guest was with us, they mistakingly double charged..which isn't that big of a deal. Instead of fixing the issue, the manager (Vikrant) decided to get belligerent and starting yelling at us to leave when we asked for an accidental second order to be cancelled. He yelled at us.."what are we supposed to do with this dish that is being made" and motioned towards us to leave as if we weren't just guests in their restaurant. Also, another waiter on their staff walked towards us as if he wanted to physically fight us. If you want this type of service, keep going here but this will be the last time they receive our business.

This is an Indian restaurant with a great atmosphere and interior along with good service. At the Blue Taj, you’ll get High quality food at reasonable prices. When I came, I loved the butter chicken and the mango chat for appetizers.

The food is really good. The sevice is awesome. Try the cauliflower appetizer it is wonderful..only wish the would offer a entree size portion.

I liked the naan. However, the staff wasn't very helpful. They were busy attending one table so didn't bother to attend other tables.
