The ratings prior to this are all fake because they rate all the same places across the US with garbage cookie cutter statements. The Apartments are 'recently refurbished' if recently refurbished means just slapping an ugly gray-ish blue coat of paint on it. The manager is possibly one of the worst individuals ive ever had to deal with so far in my 25 years of life. As for the apartment itself it looks like they hurried to get it ready. The cabinets in the kitchen are all miss aligned and rub on each other. You can't hang anything in the closet because if you put enough weight the rack falls down. The paint in the room was chipping within a week of moving in. The walls are thin so you can hear everyone's tv or argument or stomping around you. There are only 2 washers and dryers for 30 apartments and they are constantly broken. Ill admit everything looks better than when i initially moved in but if you slap a coat of paint on a pile of trash, its still trash. There are plenty of cheaper apartments around the area that have better facilities, better people to work with and even recreational areas like pools and gyms.

Management is quick to replay to you and the grounds are taken care of. Very clean place. I feel safe living here with my kids. So far we’ve had a great experience.

My one bedroom apartment here is just a dream! It’s comfortable from any side. Inside my home there’s a great deal of natural light, so I feel bright and breezy all the time. I know my stuff is well protected thanks to a securing system. Besides, it’s very convenient to have a gym and laundry on site. I’m on cloud nine!

We’ve been renting a two-bedroom unit for a month and we’d like to share our impressions. The best thing is that we can quickly reach anything – shops, cinemas and bus lines. Also, our home gives the highest comfort and lets us feel safe thanks to a good security system. And of course prices – they’re extremely reasonable. So we’d recommend it.
